She thrives in environments where structure meets impact—where streamlining workflows, optimizing revenue, and creating long-term value for clients go hand in hand.
Rooted in the rich art and music culture of New Orleans and shaped by years spent living in the Rocky Mountains, Victoria balances technical skills with creative insight and a people-first leadership style. Her next venture? Earning her CFA certification to deepen her expertise in ethical investment management and financial strategy.
